Welcome to Lake Hughes
Lake Hughes is a small, deep natural lake, the largest part of which is located in the Township of Gore and the other part in the Municipality of Mille‐Isles, in the Laurentians, Quebec, Canada.
Lake Hughes is the 3rd largest lake of the two municipalities (Lake Anne comes first and Lake Barron second). We are the 2nd deepest lake after Lake Barron (at 87.3 feet) and have the highest altitude of all lakes in both municipalities.
Lake Hughes has 156 residences: 94 on the waterfront, 32 near the shores and 30 a little further away. There are 48 permanent residences (31%) and 108 secondary residences (seasonal, part-time, absentee occupants).
NO public access and NO motorboats allowed (by federal law).
